BETTER STAFF. BETTER CARE.
A PARTNER IN CARE
We get it. When one of your staff members doesn’t show up for a scheduled shift, there’s no time to post jobs, take interviews or train a new hire. You need someone fast, reliable and only one call away. Someone like us! At Direct Care Staffing, every healthcare professional we place is vetted, trained and ready when you call.
HIRING & PLACEMENT
The Direct Care Staffing hiring and placement process is quick, simple and thorough. We work hard to get you staffed quickly with quality healthcare professionals who meet your needs.
-
INTERVIEW
Before being placed, all of our candidates are carefully interviewed and vetted to verify experience, certification, competency and quality. Our thorough process works to ensure you get a skilled, licensed, drug-free healthcare professional every time you call.
-
TRAINING
We keep our staff up-to-date on hepatitis B vaccinations, blood borne pathogens handling training, CPR certification and offer continuing education at no cost to either party. An in-office orientation prior to placement ensures that the staff will be ready to hit the floor running.
-
PLACEMENT
With our 24-hour call center, you can get a trained and licensed professional on time, every time. When you partner with Direct Care Staffing there’s no more headaches when it comes to hiring, because one call does it all.
-
MONITORING
During the first 90 days of employment, we conduct a thorough employee peformance review, then two more reviews per year going forward. Continually monitoring our staffs' development and tracking license status helps ensure that every Direct Care Staffer is well-trained and within compliance.
FIRST SHIFT. EVERY SHIFT.
Getting started with Direct Care Staffing is quick and easy. A dedicated Client Care Manager walks you through the process. Like a direct line to your employees, our Client Care Managers communicate the important details of every shift to the CNA/Nurse, so they can seamlessly integrate with your staff when they arrive.
