Before being placed, all of our candidates are carefully interviewed and vetted to verify experience, certification, competency and quality. Our thorough process works to ensure you get a skilled, licensed, drug-free healthcare professional every time you call.
We keep our staff up-to-date on hepatitis B vaccinations, blood borne pathogens handling training, CPR certification and offer continuing education at no cost to either party. An in-office orientation prior to placement ensures that the staff will be ready to hit the floor running.
With our 24-hour call center, you can get a trained and licensed professional on time, every time. When you partner with Direct Care Staffing there’s no more headaches when it comes to hiring, because one call does it all.
During the first 90 days of employment, we conduct a thorough employee peformance review, then two more reviews per year going forward. Continually monitoring our staffs' development and tracking license status helps ensure that every Direct Care Staffer is well-trained and within compliance.
